| SITE Java Web Start Support

SITE is not starting as usual
Once Java Web Start makes a connection to the SITE
server, you will start to receive application files. If
there is any problem with the download, you will receive
an error message. The most common error message are
described in this Guide.
The "What you see" column in the following table
shows the different steps of a normal start of SITE. The
possible errors for each step are listed on the "Error
message" column:

Load the application The link is
referenced with a Java Network Launch Protocol (jnlp).
The browser load this file and opens Java Web Start
with this file as parameter.
After Java Web Start starts, all download will be
done inside the Java Environment
Java Web Start loads and checks the files listed
in the jnlp file and opens the application.

Login The login dialog is opened. After
clicking "OK" SITE checks your username and password. |

SITE opens Now, the GUI is opened and
you can begin to work.

of the used systems must be configured well!
